Huda Adnan

MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist & Consultant

Have you ever come across a therapist that can truly recognize how your culture, faith and identity impact you? Navigating the world as a person of color, going through trauma, and many barriers professionally and personally are difficulties not everyone will be able to understand. We all want to be heard, but it is hard to really hear someone without having a full understanding of the context you come from.

As a South Asian Muslim female therapist, I will use my personal experience of persevering through challenges to authentically support your mental health. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work, Bachelor’s in Social Work & Social Service Worker diploma from Toronto Metropolitan University with 10 years of social work experience. My intention is to support your mental health by actively listening to your journey and identifying how we can work together to navigate life’s challenges.

Reaching out for support is a courageous step towards living a thriving life for YOU. Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to start being a healthier version of yourself.
