This workshop brings together parents, teachers, and school staff to help students build resilience, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset. Through interactive sessions, participants will learn how to model resilient behavior, teach problem-solving, create supportive learning environments, and give constructive feedback—laying a foundation for lifelong student success.

This event aims to create a supportive community where parents, teachers, and educational staff can collaborate to nurture a resilient mindset in children. Participants will explore techniques to build emotional intelligence with children, encourage a growth mindset, and create a safe and supportive environment. Through our interactive event, participants will learn how to model resilience, promote problem-solving skills, and provide constructive feedback that empowers children to persevere and thrive. Ultimately, this event seeks to cultivate an educational culture that values resilience as a foundation for lifelong learning and success.
